Wear on your index finger of your left hand for Continental style or the right hand for English style.
There are two separate yarn feeders to keep your yarn untangled and your knitting stress-free.
It may take a bit of time to get used to using this finger ring but this ingenious little ring is brilliant when you get used to it.
