Refund Policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will advise on how to proceed. Please have your order number to hand and keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Please do not return anything before contacting us.

Once agreed, return goods must reach us within a further 14 days.  All items must be in sellable condition and with the original packaging and labels still attached.  

RETURN OF GOODS / REPLACEMENT / REFUNDS

For hygiene reasons balms and soaps cannot be returned if opened.

Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is secure. Send the goods back to us by Royal Mail services if within the UK, or International Recorded if overseas.  Returns will be examined on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage in both directions, whichever you prefer. 

Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Scottish law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
